Healthy Mind, Healthy Growth
Join Matthew Ferrara for the first session of this series that is dedicated to nurturing a healthy mind and healthy growth. How to handle stress, consumer challenges and attitudes, not to get worn down, feel overloaded with both home and family challenges. We will also focus on some aspects of customer service, setting expectations, having challenging conversations, and de-escalating circumstances.
Building Your Pipeline
In the second session, Matthew will focus on the value of your sphere of influence. Making sure that you stay in FLOW with your sphere. Building a network of 200 K people, using your CRM effectively and consistently, and maintaining strong relationships to build repeat business, referrals, word-of-mouth, and ultimately your inventory. So while this session will work on growing your inventory it will specifically leverage the Ninja Selling perspective.
Sell Like Tomorrow
Learn how to use cool virtual selling tools to present, list, show and sell homes using mobile and virtual communication tools. This session combines demonstration with practice activities and personal action plans to help you master the biggest shift in real estate sales and marketing since the MLS went online decades ago! What if you:
Created a growth plan rather than a recovery plan?
Called it a month of self-improvement not self-quarantine?
Tracked pounds lost rather than sales cancelled?
Collected new relationships rather than online leads?
Started a competition for most chapters read rather units sold?
Treasured moments of gratitude rather than contracts signed?
I personally stick to science sites and authoritative medical sources whose reputation is trustworthy. I’m also on the lookout for articles that aren’t information at all: They’re speculations designed to amp up anxiety. These “articles” start with words like “Possible” and “Could” and describe scenarios of overwhelmingly negative possibilities.
Remember, there's no risk of ever being replaced by a 'bot if you do the one thing NO algorithm will ever do: Show up and be part of people's lives.
