PRINT COMMENTS IN EXCEL WORKSHEETS
Normally when you print a spreadsheet, any comments that exist are not printed. However, there may be cases where you want to be able to see your comments in the printed version of your spreadsheet. If so, you can configure Excel to print your comments.

To accomplish this in Excel 2002:

On the Reviewing toolbar, click the “Show All Comments” button.

From the File menu, click Page Setup.

Click the Sheet tab.

Click the drop down arrow beside Comments and select one of the following options: At end of sheet or as displayed on sheet.

Click OK.

From the File menu, click Print.
CREATE A NOTE IN OUTLOOK QUICKLY
The fastest way to create a Note, regardless of where you are in Outlook, is by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+N.
IDENTITIES IN OUTLOOK EXPRESS
You can create multiple identities in Outlook Express without creating additional windows accounts. This can be helpful if you have family members that share the computer. Each person can have his or her own identity in Outlook Express. To create additional identities, just open Outlook Express and click on FILE then IDENTITIES and add NEW IDENTITY. Type in the name and then you will have an option to set a password.
