SHRINK TO FIT ON ONE PAGE

Microsoft WORD has a useful tool that you might not have noticed before called the SHRINK TO FIT ON ONE PAGE tool. If you have a document that has a last page with one sentence or one word on it, click on Print Preview and then under the preview section, select SHRINK TO FIT ON ONE PAGE.

VISUAL SEARCHING

Searchme.com is a search engine for those who like to SEE their results! Type in a search phrase and you can actually SEE the individual page results and sift through them, selecting the page or pages you want! Check it out, it’s fun!

SMS TEXTING FROM OUTLOOK

You can send quick SMS messages right from OUTLOOK as long as you know the cell phone number and cell service carrier! Type in their cell phone number followed by the “@” and their service provider. Here is a quick list of carriers…
