In terms of how long to work with a buyer....real estate agents aren&#039;t paid by the hour so the decision about how long to work with a buyer tends to be made less on data and more on behavior and attitude. As soon as I hear the words &quot;thank you for your time&quot;, I know they&#039;re not going to buy from me.</description>
