Adding contacts to Microsoft Outlook makes it easy to keep in touch with your clients. Did you know that you can add "details" to your contact records? Details such as nickname or birthday or anniversary dates? Imagine how impressed your clients will be when they receive a "Thinking of you on your birthday" email from you! What better way to stay in contact with clients!
To add contact details, simply open a contact record, select the “Details” tab and enter in a nickname, birthday or anniversary date. When you enter dates, your Outlook calendar will automatically update to include those dates, and a reminder will display on your system when that date arrives!
