Becoming a Certified Home Marketing Specialist
We have been talking about the Certified Home Marketing Specialist course for a few weeks now. Some of our CyberExpert readers have asked if it's possible to attend a CHMS certification outside of their Association or company. The question was a good one, so we've decided to elaborate a bit below...
Brokers/Owners: For brokers looking to bring CHMS to your agents specifically, we have several pricing options available, including our "We Pay You" plan that seems to be a big hit for 2007 (shocking)...

Shape Your Future
By all accounts, 2006 was a fairly good year. Some agents would have called it a "down" year - but if the only evidence for that is that some of us did a few less "exuberant" deals than the year before, we should always be so lucky in "down years." Use Your Cell Phone to Find Parking!
Several companies are experimenting with systems that will allow drivers to go online or even use their cell phones and handheld devices to find and/or reserve parking spots in a garage or locate street parking in cities and towns.
Some garages in certain cities already have websites that will allow you to reserve a parking spot online. But, this technology is now moving to cell phones. Soon drivers in the 30 largest cities will be able to use their cell phone to check which garages have space available, make a reservation and get directions.
For more information about this new technology, visit Wired News at www.wired.com and search for "cell phone parking".
