Only brokers can create productive brokerages. Agents can carry out their mission - but it’s only brokers and managers who can set the outcomes, provide the resources and organize the work.
And then provide Leadership.

When a company is outpacing the competition, it’s because of a manager that sets the goals and coaches agents to higher levels of performance. Those companies that move faster and smarter usually have brokers who watch the consumer - not the competition - then mobilize their resources, most especially their people, to maximize the marketplace.
Who leads the leaders? We do.
A broker and manager’s job is to manage the business, manage their managers and manage their agents. As leaders, this is their only and most important job. Unfortunately, most don’t know how. Their previous experience or skills may have made them great sales people or marketing experts. Being a leader is an entirely different job.
That’s where we come in. We teach brokers the practice of management. But beware: We don’t just repeat tired old mantras you’ll find in the real estate magazines or from the talking-heads on the speaking circuit. If that stuff worked, you wouldn’t need us.
Most brokers come to us when they realize they “don’t know what they don’t know” about the consumer, effective marketing, sales accountability, technology. And what we usually show them is that they do know these things: They just need to learn how to implement them as leaders of their companies.
We could offer a list of things we “do” - like strategic planning or management coaching or training or whatever. We think it’s more important to just mention what we make:
