We've got 300 videos of the ones on line and growing. Narrated video of property AND the area are huge..especially in smaller, rural towns where when you google there is a desert of offerings..start uploading!

Hi Matt, I try to catch you speaking wherever I can because I learn something new everytime I go. I started selling real estate at the end of 2004 so I have never sold through an easy, boom market...I hope I will one day. It's hard work but I absolutely love it. I keep excellent records, I send out mailings, I write, I call, I hold open houses, I social network, I am out and about in town, I volunteer with what interests me, and I am always doing it but it rarely feels like work because I enjoy it so much. Many of the things I do, I learned from...my Blackberry has gotten me sales and you told me I had to buy one. I use Outlook for contacts because it works and it is less duplicating. The Tech helpline has assisted me many times and I like talking to them! Thanks for your many great ideas. And now you've saved me more time...I don't have to take a Feng Shui class. Whew. Have a productive week. Oh yea...I was the number one salesperson in my town on the Cape last year and in the top 100 on Cape Cod and sold over 8 million with 18 closings in 2008.

Voodoo? I thought Feng Shui was like home staging with an aura. No thanks, I'd rather resort to clicking my red ruby slippers together 3x while saying, "Please buy my listing!" ;-)

George: I wish that were the case, but do you really think that REALTORS won't take any check from any body, even the government, with strings attached? I'm not so sure that's the general consensus. Why would we expect it, from people who think Feng Shui is part of their business plan?

A bit tongue in cheek...

If the law is passed you will not have any realtors wanting to sell those properties and the market will still be slow.
