		<description>I totally agree that if the leads you get are not handled correctly then yes the numbers you get to your site is a flash in the pan.

We have combined great agents that are on top of leads within minutes from the time they sign in.  

We also, know that even if they sign up today does not mean they will buy today or within the month.

We have over 6,000 leads we are caring for and continue to care for even if they don&#039;t reply back.  We will continue to send them information unless they tell us to stop.

We have been able to have keep them till they do buy or know someone that is going to and they refer us.  

So, if you don&#039;t have a plan to care for the leads then yes it is just a flash in the pan.

I would like to know what do you think are the 2 main things you must have to keep your site sticky.  We are getting about 178K worth of site lookers a month and only about 5 percent are signing up? I would like to see that number go up.  

We spend a ton of energy on getting them there now we want them.
