  • I agree a referral from someone who has had a really good experience is generally a safe bet.

    I also agree the public should seek representation from a specialist for their niche, rather than a generalist.

    IMHO, awards that recognize quantity can be misleading. We need to encourage the public to ask about expired listings versus sold, original list price to sold price ratio, and other questions about real performance.
