Technical Support Specialist
The ideal candidate will have solid customer service skills, pleasant/patient demeanor, broad knowledge of basic desktop technology. Call center experience is strongly preferred.

Training Specialist
Seeking qualified trainers to deliver online training to our clients. Web based training experience strongly preferred. Candidate should possess exceptional verbal and solid written communication skills. Positive attitude and attention to detail required.
